Happiness is about balance and taking time for yoour interests, creativity and relaxation.  Make sure you take time today for you!  Ask your heart what the one thing it wants to do today.  It can be a simple as eating an ice cream cone or having 5 minutes in nature. The more you honor your heart, the more balanced you feel.

Unless we grew up in an environment that connects us and teaches us happiness, it was not taught. It isn’t taught in most families. It isn’t taught in school or work. Happiness and unhappiness affects every area of life.
