Breaking the Myths of Proper Nutrition

This workshop is designed to give your employees a healthy diet education that is not found on the food pyramid. We live in a highly processed food society loaded with fast food, sugars, unhealthy fats, high fructose corn syrup, chemicals and GMO foods. These types of foods cause inflammation that lead to diabetes, heart disease and cancer. Inflammation and unhealthy eating do not help the body and brain performance. It causes fatigue and lack of focus as well as many other symptoms.


Workshop Participants will:

  1. Identify the results of a poor diet on the body
  2. Learn about diseases that can be 95% cured by diet habits alone
  3. Identify foods that reduce inflammation with the added benefit of aiding in the loss of unhealthy weight while improving overall health
  4. Learn the vitamins, minerals, and fats that support healthy brain function needed for optimum performance
  5. Explore types of “power” foods to eat as well as foods that should be avoided
  6. Explore healthy options in relation to sugar


BONUS: Cooking tips will be offered to retain the nutrition of foods versus destruction of the natural vitamins and minerals
