As I observed in my own corporate experience, there is a great deal of unhappiness and dissatisfaction among the employee workforce. I observed the lethargic state of being as people walked halls. I would see absolute unhappiness and dread in their body language and facial expressions. I observed constant complaining and negative attitudes. There was a lack of care for many in their own personal appearance and care for their quality of work. This toxicity ran over and was taking over like a plaque, a zombie plaque of disengaged, unhappy and “dead” employees.
As I have been self-employed since 2011 as a wellness and spiritual coach, I still hear it from my clients, friends and family that dislike or even hate their jobs. They complain that they dislike how management runs things, about other toxic and unhappy atmosphere issues and even feeling they are not appreciated or being utilized to their full potential.
