We have hundreds of habits we do daily. Some are healthy, others may be unhealthy. Take a moment to discover your habits. Ask that the top unhealthy habits be revealed to you. They could be diet, they could be “sabotaging” habits, they could be language habits. Whatever they are, be open to the unhealthy habits that reveal themselves to you and what “healthy” habit would you like to replace them with? Then committ to making that healthy habit a habit.
